Milling machinery

The spectrum of our milling machinery ranges from universal milling machines through machining centres up to 5-axis gantry milling centres with a table load-bearing capacity of up to 30 tons. We are therefore ideally equipped to execute all conceivable milling tasks quickly, precisely and economically.

Measuring machine

3-coordinate measuring machine

Our 3-coordinate measuring machine is designed for workpieces up to a weight of 25 tons, whereby the measuring uncertainty (MPE E) is just 5 µm +L/300 mm. These performance values, which are almost unique in Germany, are achieved by a fully air-conditioned room and an actively damped machine foundation.

Eroding machinery

CNC wire eroding centres are utilised in our factory which enable a very precise machining for components and tools. Even large dimensioned workpieces with a height up to 650 mm can be very precisely machined in these centres.

Wire eroding with automatic robots

Our latest wire eroding machinery from the AgieCharmilles 2000S and 3000S series are fully automatically equipped with robot automation in order to make even better use of our capacities. The robot assumes everything else fully automatically after the programme has been created and clamping of the workpieces to be eroded on special pallets:

  • Storing the workpieces in the tool rack
  • Transfer to measuring machine
  • Fully automatic filling of the wire eroding machinery
  • Collecting the finished eroded part
  • Drying and storing in the tool rack
